Material Warranty
Roofing materials installed by Summit Shield Roofing — including shingles, underlayment, and flashing — are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and durations vary by manufacturer and product line; specific coverage details are provided in writing at the time of installation.
Workmanship Warranty
All labor performed by Summit Shield Roofing is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and does not cover damage from storms, acts of nature, or normal wear.
Storm Damage Scope Limitations
For storm damage repairs and replacements processed through an insurance claim, the scope of work performed is limited to what is approved and documented in your insurance settlement. Additional work outside the approved scope will be quoted and billed separately.
Insurance Claim Process Terms
Summit Shield Roofing may assist homeowners in documenting damage and communicating with insurance adjusters, but we do not represent your insurance company and cannot guarantee claim approval or settlement amounts. Final coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider.
Estimates & Scheduling
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change following a detailed on-site inspection. Scheduling is confirmed upon deposit or signed agreement, and completion timelines may be affected by weather conditions beyond our control.
